The service

Rendwai is an AI content generation platform by onRewire (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Pulse generates newsletters with verifiable sources and distributes them to your audiences by email, Telegram or web; Prospect generates B2B prospecting dossiers. onRewire acts as a technology provider, not an editorial one: content is generated at your request and you decide whether to publish or use it.

Account and access

Accounts are created with your work email or with Google. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your organization and for keeping control of your access.

Plans, payment and trial

• Paid plans are subscription-based. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record: it issues the charge and the invoice, and Rendwai does not store your card data.
• Each plan includes monthly usage quotas (for example, number of Pulses). When the quota runs out, generation pauses until the next period or a plan change.
• The Pulse trial includes 14 Pulses or 7 days, whichever comes first. It asks for no card and makes no charge: when it ends, the account simply stops generating until you subscribe to a plan.

Acceptable use

The service is to be used exclusively for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to generate or distribute content inciting hatred, violence or discrimination, and to use the platform to send communications to recipients your organization has no legal basis to contact.

Generated content

• The content you generate is for the exclusive use of your organization.
• Content is produced with AI from the sources found and the data you enter. It may contain errors: the product flow shows you the result so you can review and approve it before sending, and that review is your responsibility.

Account deletion

You can delete your organization yourself from the account section. Service stops immediately; after 30 days the data is irreversibly purged (see the Privacy policy). Deletion does not trigger automatic refunds for the current period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, onRewire's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months. onRewire is not liable for decisions made on the basis of generated content or for the use your organization makes of it.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change with 30 days' notice; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
