Privacy policy

Controller

Rendwai is a product by onRewire (Buenos Aires, Argentina). For any question about this policy or your data, write to rendwai.pulse@onrewire.tech.

What data we process

• Account data: name, company, work email and —if you use Pulse— phone and Telegram username.
• Recipients your organization loads into its audiences (name, company, email, phone, Telegram username). That data is provided by your organization, which is responsible for having a legal basis to use it; Rendwai processes it only to execute the deliveries you request.
• Content you generate with the platform (newsletters, dossiers) and the topics or data you enter to generate it.
• Service usage data: quota consumption, email delivery and open events, and technical operation logs.

What we use it for

• Providing the service: creating and managing your account, generating the content you request and delivering it to your audiences by email, Telegram or web.
• Charging for paid plans and issuing invoices.
• Sending you transactional service emails (account verification, access, operational notices).
• Measuring site usage to improve it.

Providers involved

We rely on external providers to operate; each one receives only what its function requires:

• Supabase: the platform's database, authentication and file storage.
• Google (OAuth): sign-in with your Google account.
• Lemon Squeezy: payment processing as Merchant of Record (the charge and the invoice are issued by Lemon Squeezy; Rendwai does not store your card data).
• Resend: delivery of service emails.
• Anthropic: AI processing to generate the content you request.
• Tavily: web source search to ground that content.
• Traffic measurement tools depending on site configuration: Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies) and/or Plausible (cookieless).

Cookies and local storage

• First-party session cookies (rw_token, rw_token_prospect): they keep you signed in to the consoles.
• Language preference (rw_lang) in the browser's local storage.
• Google Analytics 4 cookies, only if measurement is active.

Retention and erasure (GDPR art. 17)

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your organization yourself from the account section of the platform: service stops immediately and, after a 30-day grace period (meant for second thoughts), the organization's data is irreversibly purged: users, audiences and recipients, generated content, files and access identities.

You can also request access, rectification or erasure by writing to rendwai.pulse@onrewire.tech.

Changes

If we change this policy, we give 30 days' notice. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by its date.
